Agate Fossil Beds






We took a little trip to Agate Fossil Beds National Monument today. It was pretty fun. Here are a few pictures. The corkscrew structure is a fossilized burrow of an ancient prairie dog like creature.

Those corkscrew praire dogs are cool! I love the picture of the wide open field. So Nebraska.

Yea, and it is pretty out here because we have a few hills and mesas as well.
